We reported a small leak on our boiler to CS Heating and they sent an engineer to look at it at a suitable time. The engineer, Michael, arrived on time and after a quick look explained the problem to us and what he needed to do to repair it and said he should be able to fix it with the parts he had with him. True enough within a short time the boiler was repaired and the heating was back on again. Michael carried out this work in a proffessional, friendly manner and took care to respect our home. We really appreciated how he took a photograph of the leak to show us and a few minutes to explain everything to us, giving us total peace of mind. We would like to thank Michael and all of you to C S Heating for providing a first class service.

Did the job so appreciate that but not sure why you needed two workman here for one job. We can rely on you to do the job though unlike another firm that gave us appallingly bad service locally Thank You for the tap change which has done the job for an elderly 83 yo lady who now enjoys the bath. We will be using you for a re-do of the bathroom elsewhere rather than use a cheaper option and then it costs more when it needs re-doing not even a few years late. Thank You.

I was referred to CS Heating by a good friend and they turned up within 12 hrs with all the parts and had the boiler up and running (after 3 days of no water or heating 4 days before Xmas!!) in 25 mins!! Thank you 😁🙏

We have used CS Plumbling to do both our annual gas safety checks and emergency repairs in our rental and for our own domestic repairs, for around 4 years now. Every time both the office team and the field engineers are polite, personable and very helpful with advice and tips. The cost is very reasonable and always preceded by a quotation which helps with knowing what you're paying for. Would totally recommend, hands down. Or up. Hands up in happiness? Anyway. 100% recommended.

Great service as ever. Our heating was staying on so I called CS, they came out the same afternoon and quickly diagnosed a faulty thermostat, they had a new one in the van which was installed and everything was back working in no time. Engineer was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We use CS for our boiler servicing - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have used CS Heating & Plumbing since 2021 and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have provided their services to my business regularly, efficiently and they are always on time. On occasion it's been at very short notice but they have been able to accommodate. Mainly because they are small enough to care but big enough to cope. Paul in the office is a credit to the company, he always goes above and beyond and as a result we have a great working relationship. All the engineers are friendly, professional, hardworking but most importantly take pride in their work. It's hard to find the same level of service from a 1 man band and CS Heating always do a fantastic job while remaining reasonably priced.

We live in a rented property & C.S. Heating & Plumbing have been our landlords chosen company to service our boiler. We have recently had a problem with our boiler & C.S. heating & plumbing have promptly sent their guys round to troubleshoot - they have been here 3 days running & finally sussed out the problem. (It's been a bit of a watch & wait scenario). All the plumbers that have attended our property have been genuinely nice guys, knowlegeable, thorough & really pleasant. Even the lady in the office is always very efficient, helpful & accomodating with arranging call times. The whole team's communication is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have used CS Heating and Plumbing for a few years now. Today, Dave and John came out on a 2nd appt to help fix a leaking bath issue that turned into a bit of a monster for them. Anticipated a 2 to 3 hour job, arriving as planned at 8am, they did not leave until 3.30pm, including a number of trips away to get additional parts. Throughout, Dave and John we ambassadors for their company. Their friendly, helpful demeanor, knowledge, skills and sheer tenacity, meant today they really did go above and beyond - they went 'the extra mile' to fix the problem we had. So this 5-Star Google Review is very well earned and no doubt they will now go home and lie down in a dark room for 15 minutes to get over this job! Thank-you Dave and John and thank-you CS Heating and Plumbing. Truly excellent service.

CS Heating have really been our saviours since we moved to Kent, and yesterday was no exception. There had been a problem with a red flashing light on the receiver beside the boiler. Tom the engineer came out in the morning, it seemed to be fixed with new batteries in the thermostat, and he was off to another job. But I realised later that something else was wrong. I called the office, Tom called me back to try to talk me through a solution, and when that wouldn't work he turned up, at 6pm, after a very long day – one time during an earlier call I'd heard a dog growling at him in the house where he was working – and after determined work got the whole system working properly again. The relief was incredible. I can't recommend him, and CS Heating, enough

Fantastic service! Came out within half hour of call. Fixed our boiler and fully inspected the system to ensure that it was working correctly before leaving. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Called to carry out a routine service on my 2 year old worcester. Disappointed that I was the last one of the day, hanging around for 4 hours, considering the man came from Whitstable and this firm is a mile or so from me. Just did enough in the 40mins he was here, pleasant chap, had to call to get the paperwork. Which arrived very quick. But does not deserve 5 maybe next year.

I called out CS due to a small leak coming through the ceiling. Andy the engineer came out on a Sunday and replaced 2 ballcocks which solved the problem. Extremely fast and efficient service, and friendly and professional engineer - I highly recommend to anyone! Exceptional service compared to other companies I have used.

Very professional company and technicians. They did a number of jobs for us including a heating system power flush, an emergency sink drain repair and most recently a complete boiler system replacement. All work was done to a high standard. We were particularly impressed that we managed to get someone literally next day to come unblock and repair our sink drain for a very reasonable price when literally every other plumber in the area we'd called said they wouldn't do it at all or any sooner than 3-4 WEEKS. Would definitely use them again for any job big or small.

I had ignored a dripping garden tap for weeks, until it became a constant stream. Didn't think I'd get a plumber the same day - I was wrong. CS Heating&Plumbing were there within the hour and fitted a new tap. Fantastic service. I now use them for my annual boiler service too, and will switch to their service plan once my boiler is out of warranty. The plumber who carried out the service couldn't have been more thorough. Very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, we had a problem with a faulty radiator valve and we made contact easily on a Sunday and the plumber came out the next day ie Christmas Eve and made the repair. Wish every firm/ business worked as effeciently as CS Heating.
